Ameen Mohammed Barsa, the author of El Mawaahib Essarmadiyya (the eternal gifts) says:" I have been accompagnying Darweesh Khaleel.. and then he ordered me to be at the service of the animals .. until when I used to meet a dog in my way I stand until it takes its way first so I don't go be- for it, and I kept on that way seven years, and then he asked me to be at the service of the dogs of this place (Hadhra, place where sufis meet) with obediance and devotion, and ask from them supplies (madad), and he (his sheikh) said: by serving one of these dogs you will reach a great happiness so I was so lucky that I got that service that I was giving the best of my- self according to his will and hoping in his glad tiding. Once I was near one of the dogs so I felt in its neighborhood a very delightful pleasure so I stood facing it and I got crying very warmly, so the dog lied on its back and it raised its four limbs to the heaven and I heard a gentle weeping and a sad moorning so I raised humbly my arms and I kept saying: ameen, ameen until it became silent and raised again on its legs". And then he says a similar story that happened to him with a cameleo

So Islam is forbidding to ask for help (madad) from humans but the naqsh- bandi may ask a dog for it.
One of his (Naqshband's) friends called him in Bukhara. "When it was time for the Maghreb prayer he asked Mawla Nadjmuddin Dadrak:"Will you obey to all what I order you to do ?" he said: "yes". He asked: "even if I order you to steal ?", he said: "No". He asked: "why ?", he replied: "because Allah may forgive for his rights by repentance, but stealing is a right of people". He told him then: "Don't follow us then if you don't obey our orders !". So Nadjmuddin got very sad and depressed and then he repented and decided not to desobey anymore in anything, so the attendees got mercy on him and inter- ceeded for him and asked him to forgive him so he forgave him"
El Mawaahib p.138, El Anwaar p.140, Djaami' karaamaat el Awliyaa: V 1 p.150
So the rule "Laa taa'ata li makhlouqin fy ma'siyati l Khaliq" (No obedience to men in desobeying the Lord) is of no rule for the naqshbandis.
Naqshband says: "I was once talking with one of my colleagues (called Moham- med) until we reached the discussion about worshiping and he asked me: "until where does the worshiping reach ?" I told him "Until when you tell someone die ! he will instantly die", and then I realised that I had pronounced the expression "die !" without giving much attention to it, so my friend died instantaneously and he kept in his death state. I got perplexed for that and did not feel very comfortable. Then I went back to him and I found him chan- ged because of the lack of heat in his body, I got then more worried and then I got the inspiration to say "Mohammed make alive again !" so I said it to him three times, and then I saw that life began to run gradually again in him and me looking at him untill he recovered his initial state.
El Mawaahib p.133, El Anwaar p. 137, Djaami' V 1 p. 146.
So, his excellence the Sheikh can make die and alive. He says also when he was told that he was proud (moutekabbir) he replied: "our pride is from his (Allah') pride (El Anwaar p. 135).
Sheikh Naqshband was also once asked about manners (adab), he replied: "The good manners are to leave manners" (El Mawwahib p.126, El anwaar p.133).
Once someone saluted him and he did not reply to him. He told people then to apologize for him because at that time all his body was directed to hear from God and that made him turn away from people's words. (El Mawaahib p.130 El Anwaar p.135)
So we conclude that Moses AS has nothing in particular in this regard when we know that he was the only who conversed with Allah.
This is not some light mistake by one of their ulliminated but it is part of the naqshbandi faith and the fruit of the dhikr they make. They even say that can see God in some of his creatures. This is also testified by Ameen El Kur- di the one who explains the tareeqa (ChaariH, because they have got a book and charH of it, precisely like (El Boukhari, El 'asqalaani) or (Mouslim, En- Nawawi)). And all these claims are pure falsehood and lies according to clear verses from the Quran and strong saHiH Hadiths from the Sunna. But the naqsh- bandis prefer not to check out either in fear of some avengeance from their dead saints or not to wake up from that everlasting sweet (and suitable) dream.
El Mawaahib p.141, Djaami' V 1 p.151.
So, we have got to learn two things from this:
1. The Sheikh has access to the unseen (he knew what his disciple has bought and what he has saved). This faculty is very common for the naqshbandis who allow it to their leaders.
2. He blamed his disciple for his saving of some money. This would go against the principle of relying (tawakkul) for the naqshbandis and other soufis. So for them, saving is a serious crime that is severely punished by the law of soufism.
Ibrahim El Khawas said:"El Khidr AS (he is here again) met me once and he asked me if he could be my companion (!). So I got worried that he would make me by his wisdom not relying. So I simply dismissed him".
Tanweer El qouloub p.482.
One of the sheikhs of the naqshbandiyya called Habeebullah Djaan Djanaan ul Madhhar used to travel with his friends with no transport conveyance (raa- Hila) and no food supply (zaad) and when they stay at some place, tables plenty of food came to them from the unknown and unseen (in the way of the table of the prophet Jesus AS with the difference that Jesus AS asked God for it but the sheikh was not in need of it).
El Anwaar p. 294, El Mawaahib p.224, Djaami' V1 p.389
Regarding the other sheikh called Abdullah AdDahlawi he said:"As asking for Halal is an obligation for the believers, leaving the Halal is an obligation for the knowers ('arifiin)". (this is a somehow stronger approach to the principle of relying)
El Mawaahib p. 240, El Anwaar p.213
And we shall tell a short story that happened to El Djunaid El Baghdadi, who was in fact a strong worshiper but that most sufis refer to him while he has nothing to do with their acts.
Some people came to El Djunaid and asked him:"We want our prescribed wealths" he said:"If you know where they are they ask for them", They said:"We want God to help us finding them", he said:"If you are worried that He would for- get you, then remind Him", they said:"Then shall we just go home and rely on Him ?", he said:"making such experience with God can have disastrous conse- quences for you", thet asked:"Then what are we going to do ?", and he said: "leave from pretending to be smart".
